You can never have enough guitars


I suppose that unless you were lucky enough to own a tennis racquet in the late 50s, you would have had no idea which pose to strike when pretending to be a guitarist.

No “air guitar” those days but when the Beatles and Stones changed our lives in the 60s no one that I knew coud afford a guitar.

Some plastic toy was available with a bad illustration of Elvis Presley decorating it… it had a device errr pressmatic? chordmatic?? which saved the tender young players from creasing their finger-tips.
